📋 CUSTOMIZED RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the custom, hand-engraved nature of our products, Hand Made Engraving maintains a strict but fair return and refund policy. Each item is made to order and uniquely crafted for every customer. Please carefully review the policy below before placing your order.


Custom Engraved Items

All engraved products are custom-made specifically according to the customer’s selected design, vehicle details, and specifications. Because of this:

  • Returns are accepted only for items that arrive defective or damaged
  • Any issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Custom engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged due to:
    • Incorrect size selection
    • Fitment or compatibility errors
    • Design preference changes
    • Change of mind after purchase

Customers are responsible for carefully verifying all vehicle details, including model, trim, and year compatibility before placing an order.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

  • We will provide a replacement or refund depending on the situation
  • Shipping-related damage is fully covered by our policy
  • Clear photo evidence of the issue is required for review
  • All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

We are committed to ensuring that every customer receives products in perfect condition.


Return Process

To request a return or report an issue, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at info@handmadeengravings.cm
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
  • Wait for return authorization approval before sending any item back

If your return is approved:

  • Items must be sent back in their original packaging
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective or damaged

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of verified defects or shipping damage

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items
  • We do not offer exchanges for size, model year, or compatibility errors due to the fully custom nature of our products
  • Customers are strongly advised to confirm all fitment details before placing an order
